Are Bartons products kosher? Almost all Bartons products are certified kosher - dairy.
Can you refrigerate chocolate? Yes, but it can turn a whitish color after it comes out of the fridge.This whitish color is known as sugar bloom. Basically sugar bloom is from condensation dissolving the sugar on the surface of the chocolate. When dissolved sugar dries it leaves the whitish color.
